PCVisit – Frequently Asked Questions

These are some common questions about and problems with PCVisit.

Where do I get my PCVisit license from?

You can obtain your PCVisit license from the IT servicedesk. When PCVisit is installed, the license is automatically assigned. In order to activate the license, please log off and on again.

Customer receives error message "Session ID is invalid"

If the customer receives this error message, they might be using an older guest module version. In this case, please lead them to the website http://www.startguest.com and let them download the latest guest module from the download area on the right side.
