How to receive and enable PCVisit on a Straumann PC
To support customers remotely, the coDiagnostiX Support uses the PCVisit remote support software. This tool allows the user to connect to the customers PC through the internet and see the customers screen and take remote control. PCVisit is not installed by default on your Straumann PC. To have it installed to your Straumann PC, please contact your local IT servicedesk. When started for the first time, PCVisit asks for a license key. The servicedesk will let you know how to obtain it. After activating your PCVisit software, you can start supporting customers by simply clicking the PCVisit Host shortcut in the start menu.
