When trying to use coDiagnostiX through a remote connection, a window will appear, blocking the control and stating, that the Straumann license agreement prohibits the remote use of coDiagnostiX except the remote support from Straumann customer services. To be able to control coDiagnostiX, the coDiagnostiX support uses the Remote Support Code Generator to create a response code matching the request code given in the blocking window.
