How to establish a remote support session

To establish a PCVisit remote connection, open the Host Module with the shortcut in the start menu. The start screen will show up. Verify that the Support button is selected and click Support Start to create a session number.

Advise the customer to open the PCVisit Guest Module by either

Host Session ID

The session ID is displayed in the upper right of your PCVisit Host Module. Give it to your session partner via phone or email and let them type it into the given field in the PCVisit Guest Module, followed by a click on Start support.
