This is a common problem, when customers are working with a new radiology for the first time. But first, make sure the customer is using the correct path to access the data stored on the CD. Sometimes users forget to reset their DICOM source path back to the CD drive after reading in DICOM files from a different source (e.g. an external hard disc drive). The current source path is displayed in the status bar of the advanced mode DICOM transfer window.
When the path is correct and coDiagnostiX still can’t find any DICOM files, probably one or more of the following basic DICOM CD requirements aren’t met:
