There are often problems with placing so called cross upgrades for coDoctor versions to a "full" version, no matter if PPP, PPG or Station.
Cross ugprades are the following article numbers:
* 019.0388 - @ Upgrade cDX coDoctor (7+) > PPP 8
* 019.0389 - @ Upgrade cDX coDoctor (7+) > PPG 8
* 019.0390 - @ Upgrade cDX coDoctor (7+) > Station 8
These are all so called "Online Upgrades". It is important to **ALLWAYS order a new installation disc** with them:
* 019.0384 - coDiagnostiX CD
The following order numbers are "Offline Upgrades" an already contain a new disc
* 019.0381 - Upgrade coDoctor (7-) > PPP 8
* 019.0382 - Upgrade coDoctor (7-) > PPG 8
- Make sure to have the new installation disc
- A backup of the current database has to be created (copy folder or archive patients)
- Make sure to enter ALL delivered smartkeys
- Restore the database backup to use it with the new version
